On payday, it's still a man's world

Females earn 80 percent of what men earn one year after graduating from college; falls to 69 percent 10 years later.

The rest of the story here: Study -- Gender gap hits after graduation, widens later.

And in my opinion, we all suffer for it. Women personally suffer with less money to live and retire by, and as a society, less money goes into the tax base weakening the economy, weakening social security, retirement funds, manufacturing and service sectors, funding for schools, etc.

It's a losing proposition for everyone across the board at every age.

--Heraclitus, philosopher (Ca. 540-470 BCE)
